What are GMOs?  In a culture where food is seen more as an industrial product than basic sustinence, certain issues about agriculture are never brought to our attention. One of these issues is the debate about Genetically Modified Organisms, or GMOs. In what ways does the application of this young technolgy affect people, farmers and our food supply? Supply is a series of documents aimed at education consumers and spreading awareness over the issue of GMOs, and our transforming food resources. Any information is vitally important in understanding what consuming genetically modified food means. This document aims to initiate the debate.
